Members of the Ontario Health Promotion Resource System use an MS Access based application for service tracking and reporting. We developed this application afer extensive consultation with 20 organizational members and analysis of needs.
Abbreviated to STA, the application is a comprehensive integrated set of modules including reporting terminology management, distribution item management, service tracking and reporting, interactive reports for decision support, contact management, and network building.
